For you to participate in your healing all you need to do is put forth your will and intention to be open to your own healing. Participating in this vibrational field of intent gives your High Self the opportunity to draw upon available resources to affect your highest healing if you will simply remain open and believe that this is possible. Whether you are experiencing a group session, private session, program, specialized healing protocol or just reading the website, here are sound instruction that will help guide during the processes.
How to Recognize When a Healing Process is Occurring
Your body provides subtle signs indicating healing frequencies or clearing processes are present:
Kinesthetic Sensations: You may experience tingling, especially in your fingers and toes, or notice shifts in your body temperature.
Facial Flushing: Sudden warmth or redness in your face can occur.
Breathing Changes: Feeling shortness of breath, needing to yawn, or a strong urge to take deep breaths. Allow yourself to breathe deeply during these moments.
Eye Changes: Your eyes might glaze over or become slightly bloodshot.
Head Symptoms: You may feel spacey, ungrounded, lightheaded, or experience a mild headache.
Emotional Responses: Unexpected emotions may surface. If you feel emotionally stirred, read relevant passages aloud to enhance the clearing effect, then perform clearing breaths and grounding exercises to anchor the healing.
Techniques for the Clearing Breath
Breathing: Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale fully through your mouth, continuing until you intuitively feel the process is complete.
Visualization: While breathing, clearly intend and visualize discordant energy dissolving and dispersing outward, extending at least 30 feet beyond your physical body. Focus on letting go of anything not serving your highest good.
Completion Check: Continue this breathing until you feel complete. You may use dowsing or kinesiology to verify if further clearing is needed.
Transmutation: Recognize this process as transmuting blocked or discordant energy back into neutral ether through intentional breathing.
Grounding: After completing the clearing, perform grounding exercises to stabilize and integrate your new vibrational state.
Integration: Understand that while initial sensations of lightness may fade, the clearing and vibrational shifts are permanent. Your baseline frequency and awareness are elevated, promoting continued personal growth and consciousness expansion.
Vibrational and Clearing Effects
Following vibrational healing, you may experience physical or emotional detoxification symptoms. These sensations are normal, temporary, and usually lessen quickly. Clearing etheric and emotional blockages allows physical toxins bound at a cellular level to be gently released, supporting your body’s natural healing and purification processes.

Gratitude is the magnet of manifestation. Because gratitude raises your vibration, being in a state of gratitude acts as a magnet for your heart’s desires, opening a channel for good things to come to you with greater ease.
When you take something out of your field, put something else in (like Blessed love)
Create a vision board
Re-discover who you are authentically.
Remember that you already have everything you need inside of you
Use your free will: Choose love and let go of everything that no longer serves you

When a relationship ends, and you have moved on, clear out things that remind you of the other
