  • The quality of your breath, rest, and movement
  • The energy of the people and environments you interact with

When you don’t tend to it, you may feel foggy, anxious, scattered, or disconnected. But when you do—even for just a few minutes—it recalibrates. It remembers. It begins to resonate again with your natural frequency of peace, vitality, and clarity.

Start Simple: A Practice You’ll Actually Do

  • Track shifts in a journal to validate your growth
  • Let it evolve with your rhythm and intuition
